Liquid360 will act as a specialist online DM arm for the group, which already includes direct marketing agency Communique360, and will offer website build and design, e-commerce business solutions and online marketing including banner advertising, SMS, e-CRM and sponsored search.
The digital arm has been created in response to "increasing demand from clients to fuse on- and offline in precision marketing campaigns", Tim Petherbridge, CEO of Group360, said.
Petherbridge added that Liquid360 would provide "true integration" and "excellent ROI" for clients.
Liquid360's clients include: the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company; M6 Toll; ATOC; American Optical; LSC; South West Trains; and Central Trains.
Liquid360 will be headed up by Group360 co-founder Graham Juber. Juber has also appointed Tony Vella as technical and projects director and Rosie Atkins as client services and business development director.
Vella was previously digital head at Group360, while Atkins joins from E3 Media where she worked as account director on Peugeot, MTV, Toni & Guy and Triumph Cycles.
Juber, managing director of Liquid360, said: "Group360 is focusing and developing its digital offer to clients through the launch of Liquid360. The team that we are putting together has a very strong profile having worked with leading blue chip brands.
"At the moment, the best positioned digital brands are those embracing the newer technologies to help deliver results and provide new opportunities for their clients. Acknowledging this fact we will be working very closely indeed with our sister company Communique360."
